Return & Refunds Process

As we believes in best class customer services and try to provides worry-free shopping experience to every customer. And in case of returns of product depends upon several criteria,


If ordered by cash on delivery payment mode;

If you find that the delivered product you have received a damaged, leaked or expired product in same day, in such a cases you can or WhatsApp / call to Customer care at 9033 9033 00 and arrange for pick of the products with new replacement order. We will try to pick and deliver cycle in 1-2 days after reporting the damaged/expired products. In case that ordered product is unavailable in the warehouse, then similar product will be delivered within 1-2 days maximum or money will be refunded back to customer’s digital wallet or cheque will be issued in favour of customer in next 7 to 10 days of time.


If ordered by online payment mode via any wallet, card or net banking ;

If you find that the delivered product you have received a damaged, leaked or expired product in same day, in such a cases you can or WhatsApp / call to Customer care at 9033 9033 00 and arrange for pick of the products with new replacement order. We will try to pick and deliver cycle in 1-2 days after reporting the damaged/expired products. In case that ordered product is unavailable in the warehouse, then similar product will be delivered within 1-2 days maximum or money will be refunded back to customer’s same digital wallet or direct refund in same mode of payment method of debit card/credit card/net banking in next 7 to 10 days of time.
